September is always an exciting month. A fresh start, echoed by changes in the world around us. Crisp air, leaves beginning to change colour, smart new shoes and shiny lunch boxes. Lots of excited faces, welcoming back familiar friends and meeting new children joining us here at Claverdon Stepping Stones. We've had a wonderful start, enjoying the last warmth of summer, sharing our holiday adventures and demonstrating the new skills we have mastered. Building sand structures, using the hand pump to fill the water chutes, creating an airplane to fly to other countries and trying out new recipes in the mud kitchen have provided us all with laughter, learning and the best first week to our new academic year. It's great to be back and accompanying the children on their exciting adventures here at Claverdon Stepping Stones.
