We had an action packed week. The dinosaurs were back this week, bringing with them a focus on teeth and bones. We excavated skeletons from the desert, counted legs and toes; and sorted them into herbivores and carnivores. We welcomed Maisie and Max, our child-sized puppets, to talk to the children about looking after their teeth, using mirrors to examine their own teeth, a big brush to clean our model teeth and even used it to clean the dinosaur’s teeth. We also opened our on-site restaurant with the children determining the layout, how many chairs they wanted, the menu they would be offering and setting the table accordingly. It was a very popular spot with a wide range of eclectic healthy meals on offer.
